1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of holdthelinefunds.com and its related services.
Hold the Line Fund is a project operated by Elite Digital Reset (“Hold the Line Fund,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website or submitting a payment, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Purpose of the Website
Hold the Line Fund raises money to create, purchase, place, and distribute independent political advertising supporting selected candidates in competitive United States elections.
Payments made through this website are received and controlled by Elite Digital Reset. Funds are not contributed or transferred to candidates, candidate committees, political parties, or their representatives.
We independently determine which races, messages, audiences, advertising platforms, vendors, and media placements to support. A payment does not give the payer the right to direct a particular advertisement or expenditure.
3. No Candidate Authorization or Coordination
Hold the Line Fund is not authorized by, affiliated with, controlled by, or acting on behalf of any candidate or candidate committee.
Our advertising decisions are made independently and are not made in cooperation, consultation, or coordination with any candidate, candidate committee, political party, or their agents.
References to candidates, political parties, races, endorsements, ratings, or election results are provided for informational and advocacy purposes. They do not imply candidate participation or authorization.
4. Use of Funds
Payments may be used for activities associated with independent political advertising, including:
We may change targeted races, candidates, advertising channels, budgets, or timing at our discretion. We do not guarantee that any particular candidate, district, or advertising channel will receive a specific amount.
- Digital, social-media, streaming, television, audio, print, and direct-mail advertising;
- Creative development, production, research, targeting, placement, measurement, and vendor costs;
- Payment-processing fees, technology, compliance, legal, accounting, administrative, and operating expenses; and
- Other lawful activities supporting the website’s stated purpose.
5. Eligibility and Source of Funds
By submitting a payment, you represent that:
We may request additional information, reject a payment, or issue a refund when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or payment-processing requirements.
- You are at least 18 years old;
- The payment is made from your own funds and was not provided or reimbursed by another person;
- You are a United States citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident;
- You are not making the payment on behalf of a foreign national;
- You are not prohibited by applicable law from providing funds for election-related activity; and
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
6. One-Time and Recurring Payments
You may authorize either a one-time payment or a recurring monthly payment.
By selecting a monthly payment, you authorize our payment processor to charge the selected amount to your chosen payment method each month until canceled. You may cancel future recurring payments by contacting info@holdthelinefunds.com. A cancellation does not reverse a payment already processed.
We may suspend or end a recurring payment arrangement if a charge fails, a payment method expires, or continued processing may violate these Terms or applicable law.
7. Refunds
Payments are generally final once processed and committed to advertising or related expenses.
If you believe a payment was duplicated, unauthorized, made in error, or prohibited by law, contact info@holdthelinefunds.com promptly. We may issue refunds when required by law or when we determine that a refund is appropriate.
8. No Tax Deduction
Payments to Hold the Line Fund are not charitable contributions and are not tax-deductible. We do not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice. Consult your own adviser regarding your circumstances.
9. Fundraising and Advertising Estimates
Fundraising totals, donor counts, matching offers, deadlines, advertising-reach estimates, and campaign-performance figures will be displayed only when supported by current information available to us.
Advertising reach and performance figures are estimates, not guarantees. Actual results may vary based on pricing, platform delivery, market conditions, audience availability, and other factors beyond our control.
We do not guarantee the election or defeat of any candidate or any particular political outcome.
10. Website Use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
- Interfere with the website’s operation or security;

- Use another person’s payment method without authorization;
- Copy or exploit website content except as permitted by law; or
- Use the website in a manner that violates applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property

Candidate names, photographs, campaign materials, party names, and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or authorization.
12. Third-Party Services
The website may rely on payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, advertising platforms, and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
